Process and Terms of service

I have no limits on art changes, feel free to request as many changes as you want (As long as they are not too big, such as; changing the initial pose, starting something from scratch, etc.) these will be charged.
Initial payment of 50% upon approval of the initial sketch and 50% upon completion of the artwork.
Please send me references of what you would like to be designed for a better result.
I have the right to cancel the commission if I don't feel comfortable or have a personal problem
I don't do NFTs, NSFW, mecha, gore, furry, political work, highly detailed backgrounds

You can send me a DM on any social to clarify any doubts, budget. If you want the commission send me an email or DM including payment details, photos reference and details of what you are looking for in the drawing.

Refunds and Cancellation

You can ask about your commission status or WIPs whenever you want.
Full/partial refunds are not given if the customer is dissatisfied with the finished piece. I will always ask the client if they would like to revise anything during the draft phase.
For any issues or if you would like to discuss a refund, you can contact me at any time and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Refunds will be available in different percentages depending on commission status:
A full refund will only be given if I have not yet started working on your order or if I, as the artist, am unable to complete your order or it has taken weeks.
70% of the total amount will be refunded at the design stage;
40% of the total amount will be refunded during the coloring/shading phase;
NO refunds will be given if the commission ends.

Não tenho limites de alteração na arte, fique a vontade para pedir quantas alterações quiser (Desde que não sejam muito grandes, como; mudar a pose inicial, começar algo do zero, etc.) essas serão cobrado.
Pagamento inicial de 50% após aprovação do esboço inicial e 50% após finalização da arte.

Você pode me mandar uma DM em qualquer rede social para o esclarecimento de duvidas, orçamento, etc. Se você quer a commission me mande um email ou uma DM incluindo os detalhes do pagamento, fotos de referencia e detalhes do que você procura no desenho.

Reembolsos e cancelamento

Você pode perguntar sobre o status da sua comissão ou WIPs sempre que desejar.
Reembolsos totais/parciais não são aplicados se o cliente estiver insatisfeito com a peça acabada. Sempre perguntarei ao cliente se ele gostaria de revisar alguma coisa durante a fase de esboço.
Para qualquer problema ou se quiser discutir sobre um reembolso, você pode entrar em contato comigo a qualquer momento e ficarei feliz em esclarecer qualquer dúvida que você possa ter. Os reembolsos estarão disponíveis em diferentes porcentagens dependendo do status da comissão:
O reembolso total só será concedido se eu ainda não tiver começado a trabalhar na sua encomenda ou se eu, como artista, não conseguir concluir o seu pedido ou tiver demorado semanas.
70% do valor total será reembolsado na fase de desenho;
40% do valor total será reembolsado na fase de coloração/sombreamento;
NENHUM reembolso será concedido se a comissão terminar.
